Scan reporting
Workers scan a code, select the process step, and submit quantities. Few steps, little training.
Xiaozhi Factory W-MES is a lightweight manufacturing execution system (MES) developed by Zhejiang Jiazhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for small and mid-size manufacturers. It covers scan reporting, process routing, quality traceability, warehouse management, piece-rate payroll, and production dashboards. It does not replace your ERP; it fills in the shop-floor process data your ERP cannot see.
Factories already under pressure from orders, multi-step processes, and piece-rate payroll that do not want to roll out a complex, all-at-once system.
Workers scan a code, select the process step, and submit quantities. Few steps, little training.
Tracks each order through its process steps, so progress is visible without phone calls.
Links incoming materials, process steps, inspection, rework, and customer complaints, so issues can be traced by batch, worker, machine, and process step.
Keeps inventory records aligned with production activity.
Calculates pay from scan records and defined rules, replacing paper sign-offs and manual month-end tallies.
Shows progress, exceptions, and delivery risk to team leaders and owners in real time.
Define orders, processes, people, materials, QC, and payroll rules, and set the Phase 1 boundary.
Organize products, processes, employees, warehouses, materials, and key rules to reduce rework after go-live.
Prove the workflow and data accuracy in one workshop, one product line, or one high-frequency scenario.
Train operators, team leaders, warehouse, finance, and managers by role, and keep refining the rules.
No. By default, your ERP remains the system of record for orders, customers, materials, and finance. W-MES adds shop-floor process data such as reporting, quality, inventory, and dashboards. It keeps your existing ERP and historical data and connects to them step by step through interfaces.
Yes. You can start with a single scenario such as scan reporting, piece-rate payroll, inventory alerts, or quality traceability, and connect more data later.
Workers only need a few actions: scan, select the process step, submit the quantity, and view their records. We train operators, team leaders, warehouse, and finance staff separately and adjust the setup based on shop-floor feedback after go-live.
We first map your processes and check your data on site. Then we pick the most pressing scenario among scan reporting, piece-rate payroll, quality traceability, and inventory alerts, run a pilot, and expand from there. The exact scope is set after the plant visit.
Yes. Jiazhong is headquartered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, and works with small and mid-size manufacturers that need on-site process mapping, employee training, and ongoing support.
No. We usually start by clarifying current orders, materials, employees, processes, and key rules. Historical data is cleaned in batches according to its business value.
Yes. The pilot leaves room for adjustment, and after go-live the rules keep improving based on real reporting, QC, inventory, and payroll data.
